Financial Freedom Circle
Effective Date: June 29, 2026
Upon receipt of payment, Member will receive access to the membership tier selected, as described at the time of enrollment. Access is granted to the individual Member only and is non-transferable. Financial Freedom Circle ("FFC") reserves the right to modify, update, or enhance membership benefits at any time with reasonable notice.
Membership fees are billed annually. By enrolling, Member authorizes FFC to charge the applicable annual fee on the date of enrollment and on each annual renewal date thereafter. All fees are due in full at the time of billing. FFC accepts payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital coaching, curriculum, and community access, FFC does not offer refunds once membership access has been granted. If you have questions before enrolling, please contact our team at support@financialfreedomcircle.com prior to completing payment.
Members may cancel their annual membership at any time by providing written notice to support@financialfreedomcircle.com at least 30 days prior to the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle Member to a refund for any portion of the current membership period. Access continues through the end of the paid term.
Financial Freedom Circle provides education, coaching, and community resources for informational purposes only. Nothing communicated by FFC, its coaches, advisors, or members constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Members are encouraged to consult qualified financial and legal professionals before making decisions based on any information received through FFC membership.
All curriculum, materials, recordings, templates, and content provided through Financial Freedom Circle are the exclusive intellectual property of FFC. Members may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share any FFC content without prior written consent.
Members agree to engage respectfully within all FFC communities, calls, and events. FFC reserves the right to terminate membership, without refund, for any Member who engages in harassment, discrimination, fraud, or conduct deemed detrimental to the FFC community.
FFC's total liability to any Member shall not exceed the amount paid by that Member in the 12 months preceding the claim. FFC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
